Elderberries are good for inflammation, lungs, nasal passage, coughs, sore throats, respiratory issues, flu, colds and viral infections.

Boil 2 cups of spring water and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of elderberries. Summer for 15 minutes, strain and drink twice a day.
