Recipe ebook- The road to an alkaline lifestyle
I created this recipe ebook for people who would like to transition to an alkaline lifestyle. Although all the recipes are not alkaline, this was purposely done so that it does not overwhelm people. When first transitioning it can be difficult to eat nothing but alkaline foods. This is why I decided to do 5 recipes that are alkaline and 5 that are plant base!
All of the recipes are meat, dairy, egg and soya free. Once you get used to cutting out the meats, dairy, egg, soya and unnatural foods, you can then go on to learning how to fast, taking herbs daily and eating nothing but alkaline foods. This ebook is a good start into getting into this lifestyle! From quinoa pancakes to mocktails, this ebook will give you an insight to a nutritious yet delicious diet.
